As CXO, Eric Gould Bear provides projekt202 clients with business intelligence and executive partnering support rarely found in the design consulting industry. He's a catalyst for integrated vision across products, services and brand; and carries a bag full of tricks for driving successful cross-functional collaboration between engineering, marketing, business strategy, design and usability.

Eric has been leading the design of award winning human-computer interfaces since 1984, has published numerous articles on the subject, and is first named inventor on over 50 software and hardware interaction patents and patent applications. With specialization in interactive telecommunications services and devices, he's established user experience strategies for many well-known corporations.

In 1994, he founded MONKEYmedia, Inc. -- the design firm turned intellectual property licensing engine -- and built its diverse client-base and IP portfolio. After the Y2K bubble burst, he was fortunate to hold executive posts managing internal operations of large user experience organizations inside Yahoo! and Microsoft. He maintains an executive consulting practice through Chief Experience Officer, Inc.
